Café Della · solid call. Hailey coffee scene is underrated; nice break-up of the drive. Quinoa burrito was excellent · unique and worth ordering
Iconoclast: same owner (Sarah) since the Ketchum days, smaller space than the original but still the best indie in the valley
Hailey is 14 miles south of Ketchum · hitting both stops on the way in (vs doubling back later) was the right move
Fiamma: live-fire Italian by Britt Rescigno (Tournament of Champions) + Kinsey Leodler. Handmade pasta, wood-fired everything
